MediLabSecure Regional Meeting in Montenegro: Focus on One Health Arbovirus Preparedness
Hosted by Montenegro, The MediLabSecure Balkan & Black Sea Regional Meeting will be held at Petrovac in Montenegro from May 8th to May 11th, 2023.
This four-day event will bring together 60 leading experts in human and animal virology, medical entomology, public health and chief veterinary officers from the 9 beneficiary countries* in the region to discuss "One Health Preparedness to vector-borne diseases" and aims to foster regional and intersectoral collaboration.
The meeting will be opened by Montenegro's national authorities, setting the tone for a productive and insightful event. The agenda includes keynote talks, multisectoral activities, and several training sessions. Participants can expect to engage with their peers, learn about the latest research, and share their experiences with one another.
This gathering of experts promises to be an exciting opportunity to share knowledge and move forward in the fight against emerging vector-borne diseases in the region.
